Dear sir

my child exit the course of public speaking after attending 17 classes but we have paid rs 18000/- for 30 classes.I put request for refund of 13 classes on their email id :[protected]@planetspark.In and on toll free number [protected].My ticket number is 16346 and enid -10712.They are mently harrasing me and wasting my valuable time from three months.Every time new executive pick the phone and make excuses.Please look into the matter and do the needful .
