[Resolved]  Planetspark — Not cancelling the enrollment of my daughter's Tuition classes as committed, asking for monthly fees

I enrolled for tuition classes for my daughter from Planet spark in August month.
As per their written communication they asked whenever I want to cancel the registration I can cancel. But to pursue the classes you need to provide Pan Card and cancelled cheque, will issue the loan. as far as you take services/classes pay the monthly fees/emi. As I wish to stop the classes Loan will be closed automatically.
As now I am asking them to cancel the enrolment/stop the classes. No Body is responding.
Eduvanz( loan provider) is calling me for monthly EMI or provide the cancellation Email from Planet Spark, I am providing my emails/chats which i sent to planet spark for cancellation. But they need PlanetSpark response for same.
Though Eduvanz persons are aware how both PalnetSpark and Eduvanz cheat the parents.
My Concern here is Planetspark is not following their written email words.
