This is totally scam. Don't believe them if they say they will issue refund if we discontinue. Karthika, Garima, Umam Khan are the people who will say they will issue refund, but even after 21/2 months, contacting many times they didn't issue refund. This is old Indian school. The content for public speaking is teaching English grammar at this place. Even if got struck with them don't recommend them to your friends or relatives, because you will definitely loose your relationship with them for recommending this kind of thing. Totally waste, scam.

Hi, I was also facing similar issue. But since I had paid via paypal, I approached them for the refund. Paypal registered my claim and resolved the issue. Finally I got my refund after one month
Since this issue was raised with my payment agency Paypal, I needed to produce all the details of payment, Planet spark's letter of refund policy and other communications related to my request of class discontinuation, Paypal favored my side and resolved in my favor. After that I received my balanced amount as refund. However there were many issues and excuses were made by planet spark side, as if they had made their mind to not refund. But I did not give up. In my first attempt case was favoring Planet spark so no refund issued. but in my second attempt after re opening the claim with Paypal, I produced all the communication details. This helped Paypal to understand whole case and I won the favor. It took one month for refund. I received an apology letter from Associate director Pratik Sharma too stating regret for inconvenience. Hopefully other parents will chose any such online classes carefully. Thanks to paypal for the refund.
