I enrolled my child for a course in PlanetSpark in December, however, after enrollment we found it is not the right course for our kid. By this time they already took loan against my ID from Eduvanz. When I contacted them to close the loan and return the enrollment fee (3400), they stopped responding. they insisted on keep continue with the course which was not our intention and as per the refund policy, they promised to refund on the same day without asking a question. The reality is totally against and they stopped responding to my emails and Eduvanz team is following up for the EMIs of the loan. I urge this forum and Kunal Malik ([protected]@planetspark.in) - co-owner to please help resolving this issue at the earliest. Was this information helpful? |
