I have enrolled my son Amartya class7 for classes. The teacher was not attentive. when complained, another teacher was alloted. that teacher was ridiculous. She displayed some slides and made him write down. it went as such for 2 classes continuously. Then I complained and informed him we won't continue to Akshat Bansal. He was very rude and nonsupportive. I wrote many emails to customer support. They used to raise a ticket but no response. Its been a long time, and no one has bothered to resolve / refund. Its absolutely disappointing that a firm like planetspark will be so irresponsible.

On Aug 15th 2023 I enrolled in a course "Public speaking and creative writing" from www.planetspark.in for my daughter.
Their executive sandesh([protected]@planetspark.in) contacted me for a demo session and interaction with the kid .
And on Aug 15th around 12:45 PM they have scheduled a meeting with us, in that meeting Fayieez ([protected]@planetspark.in) also joined later.
When they asked me to do the payment I refused to do so as I have to check for other options. But they were rushing me to do the payment by saying they have to do same day enrolment . And they have sent
an email stating the following option.

“Observation Period: 5 1:1 + 5 International Practice Session.
If you want to cancel the course within this timeline. All the EMIs would be stopped. “

Also the same was confirmed over the meeting that I can cancel the course within this 5 observation period and it will stop all the EMI.

The course total cost was 73000/ And this was converted into debit card EMI for 18 months. I have made the transaction through a gateway called ShopSe.

After the enrolment I have understood that the classes are just average and it’s not going to work for my kid and I have sent an email to them to cancel the course and stop the EMI on Sun, Aug 20, 11:30 AM . Service request raised in their system: 155961.

After many days of follow up, their Finance team contacted me on Aug 24, 2023 and said that there are certain cancellation charges as per their policy and the demo classes are also chargeable!!
When I said that these cancellation policies or charges were not explained to me anywhere in written or oral and I have not agreed for this anytime during the enrolment.
And the reply was very surprised and rude that it's my mistake that I did not check it !! I have never agreed anywhere for the cancellation charges/policy during the enrolment.
I have called Fayieez Shah Sales manager and he agreed that these policies were not discussed with me and he also confessed that he himself not aware of the cancellation policy or charges (I have the voice recording for this telephonic conversation).

They are doing this intentionally to the customers, giving false commitment to the customers during enrolment.
And when customers reach them to cancel the course blaming the customer by saying it's your mistake you came to Planetspark and we did not come to you !
Such an arrogant reply I got from the operations manager Mr: Prince .

Before the enrolment I have rejected the calls from sales team many time and they were forcing me to attend the session and they took more than 3 Hrs of our time and entire family was stuck because of this .
And later they are saying It's my mistake I have reached them .

This is very clear that they are trapping the customers and making money .

After following up for more than 10 days they have shared me following calculation for cancelling the course and stop the EMI.

Even they are charging for demo session which they have agreed at the time of enrolment.

I am loosing my hard earned money for nothing, I am undergoing a lot of mental stress because of this and spending my valuable office hours to follow up with them.
My kid has not attended any session from them and not going to use their service any more .

Kindly help to save me from this scam and get full amount refund, I can not lose my hard earned money for nothing. Student ID: 306954

I have been forced to take their course and make the payment on 15th August 2023 saying we have an Independence Day offer and I have paid INR 31700 towards writing 1-1 classes.

When I discussed this with my husband he did not agree to this program as my daughter is fully busy and can't attend any online classes so requested to cancel the program and refund my fees within 2-3 days.

I have called the marketing person, and sent several emails (Ticket #156797) to the customer support email ID ([protected]@planetspark.in) sending stored mass replies with nothing specific to resolve my issue.

Hence, would like to complain about the Planetspark organization and sales employees.

I took admission for my niece but later after payment they are responding i paid 50 k money also .
I told them i want to cancel this admission since then no reply from them even i am calling also no response from them

On 12th Aug 2023 I got a call from "Planetspark" councilors' "shivani.[protected]@planetspark.in" & "Akash" from their Gurgaon office regarding online course for my daughter, they rushed me to take enrolment without giving me any time to think. These guys did ECS/ financing for the 55000 INR course for 1 year despite i did not opt for financing. They gave all false promises that the course can be cancelled in 21 days by me if i am not satisfied & even after 21 days the course can be cancelled from the financing agency Bajaj Finance. Believe all these guys work hand in hand with their DSA Direct selling agents who finance the courses, Planetspark councilors & Bajaj Finance. Once you enroll these guys stop responding to you. I have written so many emails to Sivani Rupen for cancellation & refund of fees, called Akash the guy who did the enrollment to refund my fees as i did not opt for the financing. Non of their representatives will respond to you for refund or cancellation upto these 21 days cancellation period. As these guys on purpose did ECS/financing so that i am liable to pay full fees to Bajaj Finance. Now without joining a single class i want to cancel the course however no one is responding to emails, calls & chats available on their website. I raised 2 tickets through their website ticket no. 1383 (no call & no response & not resolved). Raised 2nd ticket no.1404 i expect the same. Enrolment ID for my daughter is 50706. These guys are running a fraud business, trapping people for courses & making them liable to pay full fees through their financing agents. Can someone advise how can i get my enrolment fees refunded & stop my ECS as i do not intend to even start the classes.

Had registered my daughter for planet spark for 2 months (July and august).Now the issue here is my husband has been receiving calls and messages from planet spark for last 1 month asking to enroll my kid even after telling them that she is already enrolled, it’s frustrating as 1st place not sure how they got his nos his nos was never given and today I got a message from faizan asking why I rated a one star and I told him my concern of the calls and messages so instead of solving the issue he is asking to give him an alternate number. I mean why should I? I have already enrolled for 2 months then why should u call/message anyone for enrollment so many times do they not have any updates in their system like whose enrolled and whose not and if somebody is saying no to u then why is the person getting calls from different nos for enrollement.

I am not going to continue in planet spark after august anymore as they have no respect for people they just want to meet their daily target so different people call/message everyday

We are not getting classes as per agreement.
This issue is happening from day1,

Many times we have raised complaint to teacher & raised ticket on planet spark portal. But no corrective action happened from Planet Spark.

Please arrange to refund our complete payment.

We have raised tickets #148571 & #150096 for our refund amount INR. 21300/- but no response from planet spark. Its been one month since we have requested for refund. Due some personnel issues my kid is not able to take classes, but no response. Very bad services think twice before enrolling.

I enrolled my son in this program and i was made to pay the full amount of the fees that was around 2000 USD. Once i made the payment in full the classes are not happening as scheduled, the teacher is absent most of the time for the regular classes and i am not able to schedule the practice classes from their platform. I have opened multiple tickets but there is no resolution and they close the tickets as soon as i open them.

There are a lot of Indian companies that scam people in the USA and bring bad name to India and Indians here in the USA. This looks like one of them.

I enrolled my son Abhiraj Parkhi with planetspark and statrted classes with Date of first class: 15.05.2023. During the payment counseling session, they have told that firm five classes are observation classes and u can discontinue the classes i[censored] want to. After attending three classes, online class is not seen effective for my son so we requested to cancel the registration and refund the amount. Also raised ticket to cancel my EMI payment but still no response. Please help

I would like to mention that the planet spark we had started the online classes for my daughter on dated APRIL 2022, After attending the 18 classes, we requested to cancel the classes and stop the Monthly EMI payments. still after one year follow up no tried to contact us to close the classes. still they were deducting the EMI monthly. it was very tough for a Middle class family to get in touch with them. They even doesn't had a customer care number to reach. kindly help us to stop the EMIs

I have made payment for 81000+ rs in March 2023 on their preferred portal of Planetspark. Now I am not interested in the admission. I have asked for the refund on next day and I have already sent many mails to their customers care mail id. They are just giving excuses only. Please help.

We've enrolled our kid to these classes. after three classes we felt, these are not working for us, I want to cancel the enrollment. EMI was enabled on my account for around 45K which I cannot cancel from my end. My coordinator, Abhijeet Yadav is not responding to me now who promised that he can cancel at any point of time. I am feeling helpless, I dont have any other contact than this fraudster Abhijeet. As parents, we should have option to cancel at any point and we should have freedom of choice. you can't block us from going away.
Please somebody help me to get out of this trap.

I enrolled my son for classes, initially they had a reasonable teacher but soon that person left and most of the time classes are cancelled and the teacher is very very bad.
It feels like a trap . I sent several emails to them for course cancellation and they do not reply. Kunal Malik and Maneesh Dhooper are scamsters.

We had enrolled our son for a year course for 55, 000/- . The consuelling/admission session was with Mr.Abishek and Amman on April-14 2023. I was informed that to lock in the seat and avail admission discount they had asked to pay Rs 4500/- immediately and assured it's refundable during the conversation. Please find the bill invoice for the same.

On April - 15 2023 (Very NEXT DAY) due to my family medical emergency i was not in position to pay reset of the amount. Hence called up Amman and Abishek and informed the same.
On April - 16 2023, Amman and Abishek called up for rest of the amount to be paid immediately, else we have to forgo enrollment so that discount could be passed on to some other kid. And assured advance amount of Rs 4500/- will be refunded.
"All these conversation i had it recorded."

Note: So far not even a single class was scheduled.

From April - 16 on-wards it was torture to get to the customer care executives and get in the refund status. Finally managed to get a ticket
raised on May-2-2023. Bearing ticket number-123384.

After repeated mails and follow up, still haven't received any refund.

Hence this would be first step towards series of approach authorities to obtain my refund.

Overall there is a huge communication gap and no proper response from any coordinator.. I have been initiating calls for every time but there is no call back and after multiple follow-ups they are giving call back. Whatever they promise is not being carried out.

Note: I have read through all there policy as well and pretty confident legally they do owe my money back which is rightfully mine.

I enrolled my kid for a public speaking class.

I was convinced to pay 46000/-

Also I was promised refund if I didn't like trial class.

I cancelled after 2 classes and raised a ticket 142051 in their website... But there is no response.

They made me make the payment on spot without giving much time to think. They also mentioned that they would refund the amount if if we didn't like it in the first 4 classes. We didn't like to program due to many reasons and asked for the refund, since then there has been no response from the company or Anurag Panwar the person who made us enroll for the program.

I enrolled my daughter for a course in Planet Spark. I am facing a payment related issue where the financial vendor is deducting money from my account incorrectly on 25th, 28th or even after 28th again 2nd next month. Initially i requested to deduct money after 5th of every month and they agreed. But now they are doing whatever they want. I have raised many tickets and tried calling multiple times but neither the finance vendor ShopSe is contactable nor the Planet Spark team is responding. None of the phone numbers are working or contactable. The chat and ticket system is non responsive. Till date no resolution received. I wish to remove my daughter but they are showing policies where after 5th class we cannot unenroll. The level to teaching is stupid and very basic. I am Highly dissatisfied. Please help

I was asked to pay money then and there i.e to take decision within 2 min. They asked me to take decision in front of them or never. And they were ready with payment link, as soon as I said YES, they immediately gave me link and all the steps (all the steps were at their finger tips) and as soon as I was done with payment, could see big smile on there face. After that, they never came back to me, It was me behind them to remind that they have to provide tutor, they gave some and other excuse, they are busy etc. Finally I decided to take refund (I was told that I can get my money back if I dont like it in first 5 sessions) as they could not provide me tutor at all. Session never started for me (my 11 years old son). As soon as I asked my money back, they immediately started shouting and abusing. Rachit kumar (so called manager) started threatening me. They never provide any address of theirs and there is no address on their website even. So I am clue less where can I get my money back. while argument, Mr Rachit told, we are at Gurgaon, come here and take your money (while they know very much that I am at Bangalore). They will never give you option to pay in installment, they will ask you to use your credit card and convert it into EMI. It means, they will get money in one shot and we will end up paying EMI. This is a case of cyber crime even. I asked what is the experience of tutor they you will provide me. And I got answer that you have to ask them. I asked give me your email address and I got answer that you should have taken it from us, why would we give you our email address? This is the conversation to me i.e customer for them, that too after me paying 23K to them and they failed to provide tutor to me. At the start of conversation/first meeting, first question they would ask is, what are you and how much is your earning? based on that they will plan how much they can loot/fetch from you. This is very much planned and experienced scam. I would request you to help me get my money back and stop this so called company that looting money on the name of education. Please help !!

Registration was done on 1st March with full customized commitment from the sales team. But issues began from 6th March when the desired teacher or timing was not adhered to. They changed 4-5 teachers..n since I wasn't satisfied, only 1 class was conducted..n when I'm asking for refund, they are giving me big speeches about importance of public speaking..as if I didn't know before enrolling my kid.. just a way to not do refund at once and pressurize us mentally.. wat a shame..not expected from such Institutes.. Rs 12000 is due from them plus 30% EXTRA they should pay for MENTAL HARASSMENT THAT THEYVE CAUSED SINCE PAST 20 DAYS
(I've attached an attachment which shows first class on 27th March, which was actually on 6th March with some other teacher..) even their records are incorrect..!!

We enrolled our son for 2 years course for INR 89, 000/- with the written assurance of 100% refund policy and no question will be asked. Planet spark counsellor Ms Manisha Singh assured us through telephonic discussion. After 8 classes we cancelled rest of classes through phone as well as through email. First Mr Kapil denied for the payment. Later on Mr Prince Bhatia agreed to make the payment after deduction of INR 16, 452/- which I agreed. I shared my bank details as asked on 27th Oct 2022. No payment made yet. Again on January 17, 2023, Mr Kapil called up and pressurized me to delete the review which my wife wrote an honest review on Google, saying that the refund would be initiated once We delete it.

After a few days, again we got call from Ms Naina Guglani from Plant Spark and she mailed us assuring that the payment would be by the end of February 9th, 2023. On Feb 11th, 2023, Nooreena Qadri from Planet Spark re-assured us about the refund.

But again, NO REFUND.

Now that we are having no option left but legal action.

We had given 2 months of advance payment during the time of registration. There was confirmation from one of the PlanetSpark's executives who was guiding us through the registration process that there shall not be any difficulty or any hidden agendas during the cancellation of the subscription at any point of time without asking any question. There was also confirmatory mail after the registration process was completed where they had it mentioned anything about then cancellation charges. Now, while i wanted to cancel my subscription there has been so far innumerable mails, tickets raised against my complaints but there has been no resolution and the planetspark is asking for cancellation fee from our side. They are also accusing us that it was our duty to read all the details related to cancellation charges which they had not informed us during admission time or while sharing the brochures. They are neither arriving at any resolution nor they are responding properly to any of our concerns, calls, mails and worries. The management team is saying that stopping of auto debit from my account shall not be happening untill the cancellation of the subscription is done which they are not doing/resolving. The complaints have been raised since 06.02.2023. They had said on Friday (10.02.23) that on Monday (13.02.2023) they would arrive at the final conclusion but nothing is happening till now (students portal chat not responsive, mails not responsive, customer care contact not reachable). They should be refunding us our advance payment, but they are asking us cancellation fee and they are hoodwinking us by saying that their team would soon contact us.

M/s PlanetSpark is not taking action on cancellation of course, stopping the EMI and refund of excess amount being deducted from my account. M/s PlanetSpark confirmed our cancellation request through mail confirmation on 23.11.2022. On 09.01.22 they confirmed that my concerns will be resolved within 15 business days.
After completion of 15 days the closure of loan and refund is still pending with them.

I am paying the EMI even after cancellation and as on today the I have paid 10 EMI's and and advance payment for registration too.

Request an immediate action from M/s PlanetSpark.

Don't trust Planet spark it's only a money robbery.
This Planet spark is a big online scam, I had taken admission to my daughter in the month of January they told fee can't pay directly in monthly basis, so they advised me to take education loan in Eduvanz it's a group of Aditya Birla .I trusted them & did the loan process by the link they sent to me. They started the classes in February, My daughter was not showing interest coz it was heavy burden among school syllabus & insufficient time, so I stopped classes and cancelled admission in August second week now it's January, totally 5 months completed still they are not completing the process deducting fee every month on time.When ever i am contacting them they are simply lying that the problem will be solved before next Emi.I lost more than 20000 rupees in this planet spark, i don't know whether they will refund the excess amount or not which they have deducted as fee. This planet spark team is behaving neglegence to customers. Now a days they have deactivated the customer voice support calling system also.This planet spark team need is only money.I had communicated with Eduwanz team they are telling that planet spark team had not consulting to them about my problem.There is a no proper channel to contact with plant spark only through mail.These people are cheaters and liyers, they need only money they won't bother about our situations
When I cancelled my daughter classes they given me the ticket number 115274 in August 22 now it's January 23.

They are threatening me to take down my review otherwise they'll make my personal details public and take legal action on me.
I have worked in the company as teacher for one month and I was disappointed with reality of what they promise and what we get is very different, so I wrote an honest review on google. Now they are calling me multiple times and blackmailing me to take it down

HI, I enrolled my daughter of the public speaking course. Ms. Shubhi Tripati is the advisor who used to call regularly to persuade. They asked me to pay 64, 000 as the fees with 24 months EMI. There was no transparency provided by the finance team as misinformation on the fees and actual deduction. Once the demo classes were provided. There has been clash between faculty on the bonus to be provided for getting the kid. My daughter was under tremendous pressure and refused to face either of them because of the development. after this with had detailed discussion with advisor, Finance guy Sandeep Choudhary and assured that my fees will be refund. I enrolled and paid the fee on 30th Oct'22. For one month advisor used to say, she is following it up and you will get refund. But it is more than 2 months and no solution or response. the customer care is not acknowledging any mails. Only chat support & they provide only standard answer saying they are working on it.

I have paid 64, 000 on 30th Oct'22. Not a single class is conducted and they are not refunding the fees. Due to poor financial condition, going through mental trauma, Daily spending 1 hour chatting with customer care(spending time & energy) but noting is happening. I want my refund & at the same time, such fake organizations should be shut. In the name of teaching, they are cheating. They have hired all highly qualified marketing team to brainwash the parents. Knowing we cant let this happen

At the time of registering Planet Spark representative never spoke about Refundable and Non-Refundable package and no mail communication shared for this clause.
For refund, every time she said that any point of time money will be refunded.
Now when I approached Planet Spark for cancellation and refund, management is playing different game. My son has not attended single class due to his tight study schedule. Which was informed to them severally by calls and Whatapp communication. But no solution provided.

Issue-
1- Registration fee is non-refundable- No were in written or verbal communication shared to me.
2- Auto debit of 4000/-, Subscription is non-refundable - No were in written or verbal communication shared to me.

I want my refund and in future, I don't want to continue with them as their mindset is not sharing learning just to trap people and do fraud.

Please help me from Planet spark scam.

Yes, Planetspark and Paypal are doing fraud, they are not refunding or processing Dispute transactions, seems to be several many people are impacted, am one of the Parent.

We had cancelled the classes on Sept '22, still haven't received the refunds. Planetspark doing all [censored]s,

Planetspark staff are really good, but their management sucks!!

Paypal is easily providing Credit card, but they are not helping in Disputes, seems to be both have tie up, not sure how "consumer complaints" help us here.

Planetspark, mostly doing marketing from Social media ( facebook), am thinking of posting my feedback on Planetspark podcats, atleast future parents, rethink before joining to the course and the pains that we did in the getting the refund.

Planetspark should change the fee policy to pay upfront for entire course fee, it has go on Monthly basis, so incase if not interested you can cancel, there you may loose 1 or 2 months amount.

I had been working with Samriddhi Singh and Disha about the enrollment.

During the meeting they mentioned that the enrollment can be cancelled anytime and the parents are not liable for the remaining payments.

The verification caller confirmed that the course cannot be cancelled after 5 sessions.

The counselors are not responsive anymore . I wanted to cancel my enrollment and request the refund for 6100 that I paid. I have not taken any classes except the trial class.

It’s been more than 2 weeks since the enrollment fee is paid. No response from counselors or Planet Spark
