I enrolled my kid for a public speaking class.

I was convinced to pay 46000/-

Also I was promised refund if I didn't like trial class.

I cancelled after 2 classes and raised a ticket 142051 in their website... But there is no response.

Please help

They made me make the payment on spot without giving much time to think. They also mentioned that they would refund the amount if if we didn't like it in the first 4 classes. We didn't like to program due to many reasons and asked for the refund, since then there has been no response from the company or Anurag Panwar the person who made us enroll for the program.

I enrolled my daughter for a course in Planet Spark. I am facing a payment related issue where the financial vendor is deducting money from my account incorrectly on 25th, 28th or even after 28th again 2nd next month. Initially i requested to deduct money after 5th of every month and they agreed. But now they are doing whatever they want. I have raised many tickets and tried calling multiple times but neither the finance vendor ShopSe is...

I was asked to pay money then and there i.e to take decision within 2 min. They asked me to take decision in front of them or never. And they were ready with payment link, as soon as I said YES, they immediately gave me link and all the steps (all the steps were at their finger tips) and as soon as I was done with payment, could see big smile on there face. After that, they never came back to me, It was me behind them to remind that they have to provide tutor, they gave some and other excuse, they are busy etc. Finally I decided to take refund (I was told that I can get my money back if I dont like it in first 5 sessions) as they could not provide me tutor at all. Session never started for me (my 11 years old son). As soon as I asked my money back, they immediately started shouting and abusing. Rachit kumar (so called manager) started threatening me. They never provide any address of theirs and there is no address on their website even. So I am clue less where can I get my money back. while argument, Mr Rachit told, we are at Gurgaon, come here and take your money (while they know very much that I am at Bangalore). They will never give you option to pay in installment, they will ask you to use your credit card and convert it into EMI. It means, they will get money in one shot and we will end up paying EMI. This is a case of cyber crime even. I asked what is the experience of tutor they you will provide me. And I got answer that you have to ask them. I asked give me your email address and I got answer that you should have taken it from us, why would we give you our email address? This is the conversation to me i.e customer for them, that too after me paying 23K to them and they failed to provide tutor to me. At the start of conversation/first meeting, first question they would ask is, what are you and how much is your earning? based on that they will plan how much they can loot/fetch from you. This is very much planned and experienced scam. I would request you to help me get my money back and stop this so called company that looting money on the name of education. Please help !!

Registration was done on 1st March with full customized commitment from the sales team. But issues began from 6th March when the desired teacher or timing was not adhered to. They changed 4-5 teachers..n since I wasn't satisfied, only 1 class was conducted..n when I'm asking for refund, they are giving me big speeches about importance of public speaking..as if I didn't know before enrolling my kid.. just a way to not do refund at once and pressurize us mentally.. wat a shame..not expected from such Institutes.. Rs 12000 is due from them plus 30% EXTRA they should pay for MENTAL HARASSMENT THAT THEYVE CAUSED SINCE PAST 20 DAYS
(I've attached an attachment which shows first class on 27th March, which was actually on 6th March with some other teacher..) even their records are incorrect..!!

We enrolled our son for 2 years course for INR 89, 000/- with the written assurance of 100% refund policy and no question will be asked. Planet spark counsellor Ms Manisha Singh assured us through telephonic discussion. After 8 classes we cancelled rest of classes through phone as well as through email. First Mr Kapil denied for the payment. Later on Mr Prince Bhatia agreed to make the payment after deduction of INR 16, 452/- which I agreed....

We had given 2 months of advance payment during the time of registration. There was confirmation from one of the PlanetSpark's executives who was guiding us through the registration process that there shall not be any difficulty or any hidden agendas during the cancellation of the subscription at any point of time without asking any question. There was also confirmatory mail after the registration process was completed where they had it mentioned anything about then cancellation charges. Now, while i wanted to cancel my subscription there has been so far innumerable mails, tickets raised against my complaints but there has been no resolution and the planetspark is asking for cancellation fee from our side. They are also accusing us that it was our duty to read all the details related to cancellation charges which they had not informed us during admission time or while sharing the brochures. They are neither arriving at any resolution nor they are responding properly to any of our concerns, calls, mails and worries. The management team is saying that stopping of auto debit from my account shall not be happening untill the cancellation of the subscription is done which they are not doing/resolving. The complaints have been raised since 06.02.2023. They had said on Friday (10.02.23) that on Monday (13.02.2023) they would arrive at the final conclusion but nothing is happening till now (students portal chat not responsive, mails not responsive, customer care contact not reachable). They should be refunding us our advance payment, but they are asking us cancellation fee and they are hoodwinking us by saying that their team would soon contact us.

M/s PlanetSpark is not taking action on cancellation of course, stopping the EMI and refund of excess amount being deducted from my account. M/s PlanetSpark confirmed our cancellation request through mail confirmation on 23.11.2022. On 09.01.22 they confirmed that my concerns will be resolved within 15 business days.
After completion of 15 days the closure of loan and refund is still pending with them.

Don't trust Planet spark it's only a money robbery.
This Planet spark is a big online scam, I had taken admission to my daughter in the month of January they told fee can't pay directly in monthly basis, so they advised me to take education loan in Eduvanz it's a group of Aditya Birla .I trusted them & did the loan process by the link they sent to me. They started the classes in February, My daughter was not showing interest coz it...

They are threatening me to take down my review otherwise they'll make my personal details public and take legal action on me.
I have worked in the company as teacher for one month and I was disappointed with reality of what they promise and what we get is very different, so I wrote an honest review on google. Now they are calling me multiple times and blackmailing me to take it down

HI, I enrolled my daughter of the public speaking course. Ms. Shubhi Tripati is the advisor who used to call regularly to persuade. They asked me to pay 64, 000 as the fees with 24 months EMI. There was no transparency provided by the finance team as misinformation on the fees and actual deduction. Once the demo classes were provided. There has been clash between faculty on the bonus to be provided for getting the kid. My daughter was under tremendous pressure and refused to face either of them because of the development. after this with had detailed discussion with advisor, Finance guy Sandeep Choudhary and assured that my fees will be refund. I enrolled and paid the fee on 30th Oct'22. For one month advisor used to say, she is following it up and you will get refund. But it is more than 2 months and no solution or response. the customer care is not acknowledging any mails. Only chat support & they provide only standard answer saying they are working on it.

I have paid 64, 000 on 30th Oct'22. Not a single class is conducted and they are not refunding the fees. Due to poor financial condition, going through mental trauma, Daily spending 1 hour chatting with customer care(spending time & energy) but noting is happening. I want my refund & at the same time, such fake organizations should be shut. In the name of teaching, they are cheating. They have hired all highly qualified marketing team to brainwash the parents. Knowing we cant let this happen

We opted plant spark classes for our son (Arham Aawez) for over all development with Rs. 40000/-(forty thousand) for 100 classes on 6th July'22. after completing 16 classes (2 class per week) we did not notice any considerable development in our child. that is why we decided to withdraw this classes. We spoken and wrote a mail to planet spark and they agreed to refund an amount Rs. 26784/- charging us Rs. 13216 (for 16 classes). I was OK...

At the time of registering Planet Spark representative never spoke about Refundable and Non-Refundable package and no mail communication shared for this clause.
For refund, every time she said that any point of time money will be refunded.
Now when I approached Planet Spark for cancellation and refund, management is playing different game. My son has not attended single class due to his tight study schedule. Which was informed to them severally by calls and Whatapp communication. But no solution provided.

Issue-
1- Registration fee is non-refundable- No were in written or verbal communication shared to me.
2- Auto debit of 4000/-, Subscription is non-refundable - No were in written or verbal communication shared to me.

I want my refund and in future, I don't want to continue with them as their mindset is not sharing learning just to trap people and do fraud.

Please help me from Planet spark scam.

Yes, Planetspark and Paypal are doing fraud, they are not refunding or processing Dispute transactions, seems to be several many people are impacted, am one of the Parent.

We had cancelled the classes on Sept '22, still haven't received the refunds. Planetspark doing all [censored]s,

Planetspark staff are really good, but their management sucks!!

Paypal is easily providing Credit card, but they are not helping in Disputes, seems to be both have tie up, not sure how "consumer complaints" help us here.

Planetspark, mostly doing marketing from Social media ( facebook), am thinking of posting my feedback on Planetspark podcats, atleast future parents, rethink before joining to the course and the pains that we did in the getting the refund.

Planetspark should change the fee policy to pay upfront for entire course fee, it has go on Monthly basis, so incase if not interested you can cancel, there you may loose 1 or 2 months amount.

I had been working with Samriddhi Singh and Disha about the enrollment.

During the meeting they mentioned that the enrollment can be cancelled anytime and the parents are not liable for the remaining payments.

The verification caller confirmed that the course cannot be cancelled after 5 sessions.

The counselors are not responsive anymore . I wanted to cancel my enrollment and request the refund...

This is regarding refund of Rs 62000/- to my credit card. I had enrolled my son and realized that she was too young (9yrs) for the program and found no improvement and he was unable to cope up, so after trying out the course for about 4 and half months, we decided to discontinue.
We were fine with both the teacher and planetspark. and we were assured of refund,
i had raised the cancellation and refund request in December with...

We have enrolled for demo class, when we realised that we can't download classwork from application immediately we informed to the teacher to cancel demo session, then it was cancelled only from that teacher end, but plant spark does not updating information in their system and they sent parents details to all teachers.
Now we are getting continuous calls from different teachers and we are saying each teacher to cancel the demo class. Its really not good.

My name is KETANKUMAR PRAJAPATI from USA. I have enrolled my KID in one of the speaking classes. During enrollment, I was getting hundreds of messages and calls to trap me in their courses and was also given a refund warrenty that at any time, our refund policy is a no question asked. I have been asked to paid for 50 classes in an advance. I paid total 530$ but was given only 18 classes and also those classes were not upto the expected mark, lot of times teachers didn't came. Even teachers changed too.

Despite of my several attempts (more than 5 months) to their online support, call, emails, my refund is still missing. I have paid them through Paypal and I have not received any refund. Even still I get a call to give a free demo class but when asked about refund, no one answers that. No response from email, no one picks up phone so this is entirely a fraud teched.

This is a fraud institute in India which cheats lot of students and parents. They don't have any confidence of their teaching else they must be happy taking monthly payment but they will trap parents to pay fees for year o or two.

My Daughter has joined course in Palnetspark. On Feb 2022. Planet spark had collected 7800/- as a down payment and subscrbie e-mandate for *****.** (for remaining ** months) which supposed to be distributed over 21 months and starts from April month, however planet spark started collecting monthly installment on April-2022.

After some classess we are not satifified and we have cancel the course .
after following up with the team planet spark representatives said they will refund but the never did anything and stopped responding since May-**

Monthly emi are being paid through earlysalary. In spite of following up multiple times and talking to their customer care we decided to approach here. Need to have the full refund and earlysalary account stopped.

I was told that money will be refunded on pro-rata basis when we want to discontinue. I have followed-up many times and send many emails.

They have not given even a single reply. I have sent message to Ashwani and Rohit Suri. But there is no reply.

I have worked for more than 1.5 yrs in this company, I have so many times and mailed to many HR, Senior Manager,
Still they didn't pay my incentives of 20000

As we have already highlighted many times to the concellor and teacher regarding my kid is not getting time for session. We realise within a month and we started communication but still awaited to refund our money.

Our EMIs are deducting on Every month and this has the be stopped with immediate effect.

I have enrolled for my son and daughter for 365 classess (dedicated teacher - 1 hr) with an amount of Rs.120000/-. EMI option is there for 21 months with Rs.5715/-.

As part of their process, we need to pay two months of EMI in advance and remaining 19 months will be paid in the the form of ECS mode. To process, they asked my Pancard, Aadhar card and cancelled cheque.

Unfortunately, I got two EMI's started from...

talked sweet and nice and gave assurance of classes and charged the amount .

Once I enrolled the next minute he is not reachable, saying excuses he is busy .

I got hired in the month of August and I was supposed to get my salary on 8th of September. I raised so many tickets, but all I received is a random transaction id. I asked for UTR number, but didn’t receive it as they knew that no transaction has been made. My account manager- Dipika is not responding to my messages, no response on mail has been given. This company is fraud not only for the teachers, but also for the parents.

Planet Spark — No Response to Refund payment and not cancel EMI after discontinue classes.

I have cancelled the classes on May 25th 2022 but still not refund and still 3900/- deducting from My account from last 6 months and i did not get any confirmation from them. Please help me on this

How can i stop the deducting EMI and how can i get refund from them....

PlanetSpark is big online cheating company.

I got cheated by below people from Planet Spark

they took my money and after they stopped lifting phone calls and added me in block list.

They used to call me every day and they gave multiple demos for kid and they talk very nicely till you pay money.

After that they are not taking any classes they are NOT REFUNDing my money. they added me in BLOCK LIST.

DONT WEAST UR MONEY

Their counsellors and account department s are so much enthusiastic in collection of fee. Once paid no classes started. Now nobody lifting phone. The customer service mail id has no response. Phone numbers shown in website are fraud. Do not believe these fraudsters.
