Planetspark — Not refunding my money

Have enrolled my child on 16th of Sep, these people asked me to pay full amount of approx 14k . Now after attending 1st classes, we felt like discontinuing them . At the time is enrolment these popper committed that they will refund the amount that is left after deducting the no. Of classes with in same day and that too without asking any question.

But now it’s been around 10 days and these people are not at all entertaining me, nobody neither in accounts nor in escalation team knows about my refund status, they had given me account person no. At the time of enrolment but now when I call on that no. It’s coming out to be there customer care .
See such a frauds they are
This company has been formed to loot ur hard core money and nothing else
I haven’t seen such an unmanaged company
