Planetspark — Not refunding the amount

I had enrolled in planet spark for excellence course and paind the amount and all of a sudden they changed the teacher and schedule without informing us, While joining the course they promised us for the refund if we don't like the class o due to any reason, they had agreed for refund for not attended classes. so i requested for refund and its been almost 3 weeks for now, and no response from their end. They have just turned blind eye on us.
I have the full whatsapp chat and am planning to move legally

I'm also facing the same problem now, Its been more than one month, they are not even replying. Paid the whole amount based on their promise of refund. We hardly took 5 classes out of 35/40. What happened with your case, how to get the refund?

Have you got the refund?

Even I want to take legal action against Planetspark for their fraudulent practice. I think all the parents should come together and file legal complaint.
