Dear planet Spark,
I am Shaikh Mohammed Soyeb (Mo.[protected]), A Permanent Resident of 400/33/1, Bechar Suthar nu dehlu, Nr. retiyawadi, Mirzapur road, , Shahpur, Ahmedabad 01, I am writing this complaint application against Planet Spark company. In September 2023 I got a call from a Planet Spark salesperson and told me about their company that Plant Spark provides online classes to Kids for English language education and offered free demo online classes. Also disclosed about their 2-course fees plan. Course 01 fees of Rs.59, 999 (for 18 Emis of Rs. 3333) and Course 02 fees of Rs. 22, 501 (Emi of Rs. 1250 for 18 Months). In total Rs. 82500 (Emi of Rs.4583/-Month).
Also, they assure us that if they fail to satisfy us with my child’s study and speaking skills. The mandate could be canceled at any time. and they will only charge for the classes we attended and the remaining amount which we will pay through EMI. They will refund it and the mandate could be canceled anytime. {We have a call recording of the salesperson ( a lady from Planet Spark) for the above conversation}. A salesperson lady and two other employees of Planet saprk Named Mr. Akshay Talwar and Mr. Mir Irtiza assured us about the above-written conversation.
On 14Th September, they forced us to enroll in Planet Spark classes, and we enrolled My son Mohammad Zohaib ([protected]@gmail.com, Planet Spark student id no. 324962) for two courses as per their suggestion and assurance that if they fail to satisfy us with my son’s study and speaking skills. The mandate could be canceled at any time. and they will only charge for the classes we attended and the remaining amount which we will pay through EMI they will refund it and the mandate could be canceled anytime. and Said that, Your First Emi will be cut on 5th Oct 2023 From Your ICICI Bank Savings Account which they mandate for Emis. (1st. Course Emi Transaction id S[protected] and 2nd. Course Emi Transaction id S[protected].
After Taking 5 to 8 Classes, My child and I were not satisfied with the Study method of Planet Spark and decided to leave the course and cancel the mandate. On 3rd Oct 2023, We Informed Mr. Akshay Talwar and Mr. Mir Irtiza to cancel the mandate. Both of them have not responded to us and also not resolved our issue. And started to ignore our call. We tried to contact Planet Spark Customer Portal and raised an issue through the Customer chat portal as well as a written application online on their application query portal. They assured us that they would revert us as soon as possible.
Since October Month till now, we have been trying to resolve these issues but they are not reverting to us. Also, the icici Bank Loan recovery members are calling us to pay Emi For the Last 5 Months. Because of this issue, me and my family are facing a Problem. So I request Planet spark to Kindly look into these matters and resolve our issue as soon as possible(in a week). And cancel our mandate and refund us our paid amount. Otherwise, I need to take legal action against Planet Spark company and its employees for misguiding, harassing parents and families and not terminating our mandate or not giving us a refund. Please find the attached recording evidence and some other evidence along with these mail.
