As per their agreements and details, one can have 5 classes each of performance + practice + learning. And I have only consumed 1 learning, 1 practice and also mailed for the discontinuation. But they didn't cancel the programme and even started deducting my EMI's. And not even cancelling the program and refunding.

When the time of counselling, the curriculum showed us is not matching with the reality classes. They mentioned 5 one to one classes for one week, but one learning class for one week and there is no relation between what she learned in learning class and practice classes. Learning class is only one hour, In that directly jumping to story and teacher asking to kid to read the story and note the story(There is no detail explain of critical or unknown words, how to pronounce, meaning and where to use those words) and coming to practice classes(teacher is different and not continuing practice on learning session) also giving some random topic and asking to kids to prepare speech on that as per some form. And coming to performance class is totally depended on kid itself(No teacher involved).
We disappointed after attending two classes. As per above reasons we are requesting to cancelled our public speaking session and asked to refund of our money. Planetspark not yet all responding to my calls, raised requests and mails.
