Planetspark — PlanetSpark issue in cancellation of course & Refund Not Processed

At the time of enrollment, Planetspark counsellor and finance representative clearly informed us that we could cancel the course before completing 5 classes, without providing any reason. Now after attending 3 classes, we requested then to cancel the course and process our refund but no one is answer properly.
After so much followup also, no one is willing to sort the matter and replying for the mails.
