Planetspark — Planetspark not issuing refund after cancellation of enrolment

Respected Sir/Ma'am,

On oct 27 2023 I enrolled in a course "Public speaking and creative writing" from www.planetspark.in for my daughter.
Their executive Govind Bajpai([protected]@planetspark.in) contacted me for a demo session and interaction with the kid .
And on oct 29 around 7.45 PM they have scheduled a meeting with us, in that meeting Fayieez ([protected]@planetspark.in) also joined later.
When they asked me to do the payment I refused to do so as I have to check for other options. But they were rushing me to do the payment by saying they have to do same day enrolment . And they have sent
an email stating the following option.

“Observation Period: 5 1:1 + 5 International Practice Session.
If you want to cancel the course within this timeline. All the EMIs would be stopped. “

Also the same was confirmed over the meeting that I can cancel the course within this 1 observation period and it will stop all the EMI.

The course total cost was 73875/ And this was converted into debit card EMI for 12 months. I have made the transaction through a gateway called ShopSe.

After the enrolment I have understood that the classes are just average and it’s not going to work for my kid and I have sent an email to them to cancel the course and stop the EMI on Nov 20, 11:30 AM . Service request raised in their system: 166616 and 166419

After many days of follow up, their Finance team contacted me and said that there are certain cancellation charges as per their policy and the demo classes are also chargeable!!
When I said that these cancellation policies or charges were not explained to me anywhere in written or oral and I have not agreed for this anytime during the enrolment.
And the reply was very surprised and rude that it's my mistake that I did not check it !! I have never agreed anywhere for the cancellation charges/policy during the enrolment.
I have called Govind Bajpai and he agreed that we refund the amount for whatever classes in prorate based charges with me

They are doing this intentionally to the customers, giving false commitment to the customers during enrolment.
And when customers reach them to cancel the course blaming the customer by saying it's your mistake you came to Planetspark and we did not come to you !
Such an arrogant reply I got from the operations manager Mr:prince Bhaita

Before the enrolment I have rejected the calls from sales team many time and they were forcing me to attend the session and they took more than 3 Hrs of our time and entire family was stuck because of this .
And later they are saying It's my mistake I have reached them .

This is very clear that they are trapping the customers and making money

I am loosing my hard earned money for nothing, I am undergoing a lot of mental stress because of this and spending my valuable office hours to follow up with them.
My kid has not attended any session from them and not going to use their service any more .

Kindly help to save me from this scam and get full amount refund, I can not lose my hard earned money for nothing. Student ID: 362567
