I have canceled classes from Planetspark on March 89h 2021, as my son was having health issues and the doctor had advised reducing all the screen time. I have availed loan from Early Salary for the classes taken from Planetspark.
I had emailed the request to cancel to

But till now there is no response, though I have shared my mobile and asked them to the callback. No call or reply till now. Raised a customer care Ticket too.
Also tried reaching the customer care number: "+91 [protected]". This never works!
Then I tried calling the counselor who had initially got us introduced to the program. He never picked our calls. Though he replied to WhatsApp message telling the Account Manager will take care. He then shared the Account Manager's mobile number. Also, I tried asking the Teacher for more contact details, but even she just had the counselor's mobile numbers only and didn't have any contact with the management.
The Account Manager's mobile number never works, and after 4 days we saw the Account Manager online on WhatsApp, though here network call never works. She replied back that she will discuss with the finance team and update us back the next day.
Now the same day we received an SMS alert from Early Salary on the next month's deduction amount. Then I called Early Salary, to see how to cancel or stop the loan deduction. The Early Salary representative replied that they didn't get any such info or request on the cancellation of the loan. And nothing can be done from my side as it needs to be closed properly from PlanetSpark only!
Now I try calling Counselor and the Account Manager no one picks the call. No idea how to proceed here. I'm stuck, and our hard-earned money is being looted. Don't know how to catch these guys!
Need to take proper action against these fraudsters.
