Planetspark — Refund not processed despite cancellation within policy planet spark

I had enrolled in Planet Spark classes by paying the required fees. After attending only two classes, I found that the sessions did not meet my expectations and therefore decided to cancel my enrollment.

As per the refund policy clearly stated by Planet Spark, a learner is eligible for a refund if the cancellation is made within 7 days of enrollment. I submitted my cancellation request well within this period, thereby fulfilling all the conditions necessary to obtain a refund.

However, despite following the proper process: No refund has been issued till date.

My multiple support tickets and emails remain unanswered, and there has been no communication from their side regarding the status of my refund.

Their lack of response and delay in refund amounts to deficiency of service and is a clear violation of stated refund policy.
