Dear Sir
Recently I enrolled my child for online speaking and paid the fee via EMI but after making the payment within one weeks time my work got affected and lost most of my earning due to AI and I requested them and mailed several times to make a refund since I have not started any single class. My child has not availed and availing any single class so far and I am paying monthly EMI to my SBI credit for last two months.
