I have joined my kid for spoken class in planets park. While join they forced me to pay 21, 000 on that day itself . I paid since they told me that refunding is possible if we dropped.
But after 10 class due to some personal issues we dropped from the class. December itself I requested for refund.
Each and every time they started saying some back end issue. Sometimes calls went without answer.
They have agreed me that they will refund me 16000 . But I didnt get . It's been more than 3 months. I am in need of money to join my kids to school. But they are not responding properly. Please help me to get money back. Mail id that I have communicated: [protected]@planetspark.in
