Planetspark — Refunds not settled

I have registered for online English course for my son Aarya in Planetspark on Oct 1st 2021 and student ID is - 149015. It is a 48 months course and the money will be auto debited from account every month around 4400.

Student has not showed interest in course after 5 months, so we decided to discontinue the course and informed the same to PlanetSpark management. Management agreed for the same and told us like will stop the auto debit option and settle the refunds soon.

But still the auto debit continued for Apr 2022 and May 2022 months even after discontinued the course. After multiple complaints and escalation finally stopped the auto debit from June month onwards.

But the refunds amount has not been settling and giving the same response again and again like - Delay at Finance team. I have shared the details about the auto debit transactions and amount for the consumed classes. There is no proper customer care team to address the parents concerns.

Parents please think twice before signing on the auto debit form - it is quiet easy to subscribe to the course, Management voluntarily follow-up and take utmost care till submitting the auto debit form. Then the show starts, it is not that much easy to complete the formalities and exit. No one will give proper response to your issues.

Most of the teaching staff, support and management team are quitting the Planetspark and new team joining and this cycle is going on.

I strongly suggest not to go with PlanetSpark, better to avoid.
