They gave us a time period of 30 days for a cancelling the admission but never heard or server our request for withdrawal within 3 weeks after the course started. Instead, they were very unprofessional and irrelevant in providing a valid solution.
We have given a detailed explanation for our request for withdrawal but they never cared about any of our reasons. They were so reluctant to let us continue the course and also confirmed that the amount will not be refunded at any cost. Was this information helpful? |
