Planetspark — Scam - Fraud Not processing cancellation

I enrolled my daughter and agreed to pay 85K in monthly EMI and after 3 classes i was not satisfied with their quality of system so requested a cancellation.
They refused to cancel, and the policies are not clear.
The policy says that the first 5 classes are for evaluation and cancellation before the 5 classes will be considered.
Now they are not even processing the cancellation before the 5 classes.
