Planetspark — Unauthorised Loan and EMIs

I am from Guwahati, Assam.

In March 2025, I enrolled my son with PlanetSpark, and your team member, Arushi Sharma, coordinated the enrollment process. However, after considering my son's age, we decided not to proceed with the program. The enrollment was subsequently cancelled by your team, and we did not avail of any PlanetSpark services thereafter.

Despite the cancellation, an EMI of ₹3, 102 has continued to be debited from my account every month for the past year. To date, a total of approximately ₹48, 000 has been paid to PlanetSpark, even though I have not received a single service in return.

This appears to be a serious case o[censored]nauthorized billing. I request you to immediately investigate this matter with your concerned team, stop any further EMI deductions, and initiate a full refund of the amount debited along with an explanation of how these deductions continued despite the cancellation.
