Sir, the person of this company called me on behalf of HDFC credit card department by doing this. And you are being given the services of platinum service from our side, it was said that. we will give you these services which I have put in the mail on. At that time sir I came in his words and I did as he said.. And I was also told that if you do not want this service then you can also get your money refund. Immediately after making the payment I searched for online reviews and found many complaints on this consumer portal itself and immediately asked for refund and not to send the package. All this within 10 hours of the payment. They still sent all the gift packets to my house and denied the refund.
Sir my money 8966/- deduction has happened and they are not returnin my money.
