I received a call from a company named “Platinum Service” claiming that I was a valued Axis Bank credit card customer and eligible for a special “Money Card” with lifetime benefits such as cashback on shopping, holiday packages, and health checkups.

They asked me to pay ?8, 990 as a one-time fee. After repeated calls and pressure, I made the payment using my credit card.

Within a few hours, I became suspicious...

I have received a call from the company and they explained me the benefits.They told me that they are calling from axis bank.Now the customer care number is not reachable and unable to contact them.They deducted my Rs.9990/-Please help me to get my money back.Please file a complaint against this company so that other people can’t be cheated...

Sir, the person of this company called me on behalf of HDFC credit card department by doing this. And you are being given the services of platinum service from our side, it was said that. we will give you these services which I have put in the mail on. At that time sir I came in his words and I did as he said.. And I was also told that if you do not want this service then you can also get your money refund. Immediately after making the payment...

I lost total of rs 9990 through my mobile sms . I have this mobile [protected], from my nob [protected], got a call.he said that you will get a health card and discount card, tourist for free. There will be no charge level for it and you are given an offer to book a four star hotel.by luring me into search talks. They haiked my mobile an transfer the total amount of rs 9990 form my credit card

Last day was 18th May one call had came from there told me that you are good customer for Axis Bank and good maintained your credit cards so you are eligible for money card where every shopping you will get cashback, then holiday packages, health checkup etc.
So for that only you will pay Rs.8990/- and get benefits lifetime free.Then after many requests from the caller i paid full amount from my credit cards, after 5 hours later when I search company details I am very upset. Then I call credit card customer care and blocked my card and request to he plz cancelled my last payments then he told me taken a complain register and within 10 days he will get answers from higher authorities after the investigation.
So plz help me out from this situation refund my money back to account.

I was called by these platinum service people saying there is tie up with kotak mahindra Bank by providing there customers such an amazing offer . At a minimal amount as they also mentioned my account and credit card that I had so I believed them . But when I received the package i used the card and was told this was fraud. So I want you guys to take action against these people and have my money refunded to me or given back to me....

I got a call from platinum service, and they said as my as my civil score is good, they are providing me with combo kit from platinum service, with a credit card. They also explained benefits I can get by the credit card usage, like discounts on online shopping, hotel booking etc. I paid them 8990/-. Now for the details of the credit card dispatch I called them on [protected] but they are not picking up my call.

I have accidentally enrolled for platinum membership on 26 Dec. 2020. I am a beginner in share market and i have no idea about trading account or demet account. I was learning to run my account and accidentally took a platinum membership. Or i did not know that platinum membership would be charged from my trading account.
