On our FDR 25709, 26611 and 27120 with Plethico, interest is unpaid since 1/4/2014. Plethico does not response to our mails and telephone calls. The Mumbai office is shifted to a shopping mall where only a peon is available. The Plethico management intentions do not appear to be genuine and we don't rule out Plethico going under liquidation.

I had around INR 1lakh (principal value) of FDs maturing between May14 and Aug14 of this year but I have not yet got any proceeds for the same. My FD nos are 9975/9906/4157/4156.

Moreover there are no updates from the Company. It seems they have not been granted further extension by CLB but still they are not paying FD proceeds. This is willful defaulting and I hope MCA takes a stern action and raise a winding up petition against them.
