Being a housewife, senior citizen, small investor and fully depending on the interest income, you are requested to kindly pay the maturity proceeds on the maturity date and oblige. As per the provisions of 164 of the new Companies Act, 2013, the Directors would be liable personally / vacate office as Director if the deposits are not paid on maturity and / or interest thereof, which you please note.
