Plethico Pharmaceuticals — Non receipt of FD Rs.100000/-

Ref: F.D Folio No: 23949 maturity date: 16th Oct 2014 With reference to the above subject, I would like to state that the refund of Rs.100, 000 (Rupees one lac only) has not been done yet even after crossing the maturity date of 16th Oct 2014. It has been more than 12months now and there is neither any sign of refund nor any communication from Plethico in this regard. I have sent mails/reminders/phone calls to id/numbers[protected] Mr.Suresh Malaviaya)..but no response. please help to get me FD back asap with due interest.
