REF: FDR NO - 17962, Amount of FDR- Rs 1, 00, 000/-, Date of Maturity 22nd April 2015 Subject:- Non Receipt of interest on FDR- Plethico Pharmaceutical Ltd. Non receipt of repayment of FDR with Plethico Pharmaceutical Ltd. We have invested in fixed deposited with you as per details above. We have not yet received interest for the period 1.4.20144 to 30.04.2015. The deposit is due for refund on 22/04/2015, for which We have already sent you the Deposit Receipt with request form.( submitted on 17th March 2015) Till today We have not received interest nor deposit amount back. We request you to immediately make the payments towards the same directly to our bank a/c as RTGS,

FD deposit of Rs.25000 not refunded -FD no. 17407

Despite repeated reminders and sending the duly discharged Fixed deposit receipt we are yet to get the refund of Rs.25000/- against our Fixed deposit no. 17407 matured on 06th April 2014.
