Plethico Pharmaceuticals — Not recieved the refund

I have taken 4 FDs from Plethico. 3 were matured in April 2014 and last one was matured in September 2014. I have submitted the FD certificates already to Bajaj Capital and they have forwarded it to the registrar. I have not recieved the refund till now. I have sent couple of emails as well and every time they are sending the generic response. I was told by Bajaj Capital that company will start refunding money from end of January 2015.
