I had deposited fd for rs 60000 which matured in april 2014. But till date the amount has not been repaid. Also the original fd receipts has been sent to the company. I had sent close to two dozen mails to the company but no response.
I had sent them the goi notification for filing criminal case. No response. Looks like a willful defaulter. Fdr no.7508. The company had promised to repay all the fds by 2016. As per the balance sheet there are sufficient reserves which can be utilized for the repayment. The have not published any accounts for the year 2016 till date.

I have given 3 Fix Deposit receipt of 25, 000/- matured in 2014 and 2015 as details given below ong back to your person at your Andheri office on 05.02.2015 and 11.05.2015

1: FD Recpt No.12006 Dt.13.09.2011 Rs. 25, 000/- Matured on 12.09.2014
2: FD Recpt No.16882 Dt 16.03.2012 Rs. 25, 000/-Matured on 15.03.2015
3: FD Recpt No.16883 Dt 16.03.2012 Rs. 25, 000/-Matured on 15.03.2015

But till Date 06.01.2021 we have not received Principal and Interest
We r Middle class couple of sinior citizens of age 67 and my husband was self employed and retired and the money we gave are our hard earned and saved for our retired life.
we request you to return our money.

I have 2 fdrs bearing fdr no: C61837 & 61839 of Plethico Pharma for rs.35000 each in cumulative option which matured on 12/10/2014 & 1 fdr bearing fdr no: 69599 for rs.30000 in qtly option which matured on 20/02/2015. Pl. do needful in this matter. Thanks.

I have 2 fdrs of Elder Pharma bearing fdr no:12948 & 12949 of rs.35000 in cumulative option which matured on 12/10/2014 & 1fdr bearing fdr no: 16373 of rs.30000 in qtly option which matured on 20/02/2015. But still today I have not received any Payment of this fdrs. Pl do needful in this matter. Thanks.

Dear Sir,
This is to kindly state that my FDR No.4537 for an amount of Rs.25, 000/- matured on 24.5.2014. On maturity, it was duly surrendered by me. However, I have not yet received the amount of the FDR along with the interest from the company in spite of all efforts.. I am a senior citizen of 76 years age suffering from many age-old ailments.. I am in dire need of money. Kindly help me in getting the amount along with the interest from M/s. Plethico Pharmaceuticals Ltd., Mangalia, Indore.
