Plextone — My headphone speaker jack is not working

Xmowi 3.5 mm wired noise isolation gaming headset and audio y splitter cable (1 male to 2 female) with mic, vol control for laptop computer, cellphone, ps4 (Blue). This is my headphone which is delivered by amazon on 28 may, 2020. But now the speaker jack is not working. My warranty period is still now available. Please give me the solution.
