Plextone — Plextone G30 earphone

Bought these earphones @1199 rupees from amazon on 16-dec-2019. The earphones are of plextone company as mentioned on the amazon website.
In the warranty, section amazon has mentioned a 1-year warranty with this product and have not provided any website for the same.

These earphones stopped working after 4 months. The company has not provided any warranty information hence i'm not able to claim any warranty.

I dont no about company address but amazon selling that company products he dont have any details of company
