Plextone — Warranty claim issue

I bought these earphones @1099 rupees from amazon on 4-dec-2019. The earphones are of plextone company as mentioned on the amazon website.
In the warranty, section amazon has mentioned a 1-year warranty with this product and have not provided any website for the same.

These earphones stopped working after 4 months. The company has not provided any warranty information hence i'm not able to claim any warranty and I am eligible for warranty hence there is no physical damage
