PLI — non credit of premium by misusing office

The sr. Pm, serampore deducted at the rate of rs.4974/-per month from my salary upto august 2015 as premia of my pli policies particularised below:-

But due to your whimsical activities of the pmg, sb region my salary was not paid since september 2015 by misusing office and the premia was not deducted since then. Kindly intimate the fate of those policies and action against unruly govt servant is solicited.
