PLI — not receive on my pli bond

Sir my name is papiah la i have done my pli policy in march2014 at rojory (Sector jammu kashmir) army stn pli no aps: 1578106l. But not receive my bond paper. As per my pay slip 3475rupesse is deducted every month. But i have yet not receive policy number as well as any bond paper. I have also contact pli office branch but not solved. So please send my bond paper on address belong this address
