PNB — Fastag not being attached with Bank account | |||
Sir, I purchased a fastag online with Punjab National Bank having Fastag ID as : [protected] for the Vehicle UPAZ9577 but the same is not attached with Bank Account and I could not even recharge the fastag. I met with PNB, Main Branch they show me the way of customer care Number. I call customer care they told to do all this with MY FASTAG APP. But when I tried to link fastag with bank account, system reply that VEHICLE DOES NOT EXIST WITH THE VEHICLE NUMBER (SCREENSHOT ATTACHED). Kindly resolve the issue sir.
