Pnb Metlife Insurance Company — Policy sold by fraud and wrong commitment and misleading

Dear Sir, no positive response from PNB Metlife for last one month
I am extremely not satisfied with your answer because you are interested in your business and protecting your cheater brokers and issue is related with two policies which are mentioned below in trailing mail. On your request I am giving once again case history for your immediate reference. If you have not received your positive response within 7 days then i will file the complaints with Consumer court & IRDA or PNB Metlife including both brokers because your GRO is deaf and dump because no response received from him for the last 21 days. Even nobody from your office has shown courtesy to call me and understand the situation with the exception of a Senior Executive i.e Ms. Laxmi call received before a week and she understands the fact but replies through e-mail which was100% negative in favor of company & cheater brokers.
Synopsis of case are as under:-
1. I had taken a policy no. 22277866 in July'17 with an annual premium of Rs. 56751/-
2. Call received from one cheater mentioning working with PNB Metlife naming Ravi Sharma around 10th July'21 and confirmed to me that in your current policy there are huge brokerage charges and do not pay the premium and I will cancel this policy and you will get a new policy without brokerage charges. the mobile no. of this cheater are [protected] & [protected]
3. He sold me a new policy on line the no. is[protected] dated 15/7/21 of Rs. 55000/- with annual premium.
4. Mr. Ravi the cheater again called me on 21st Aug'21 and disclosed that if you will take another policy than i will arrange to reimburse bonus ude of `1.90 lacs on your policy dated July'17 with an assurance that later on i will cancel this policy direct from my office and will return 100% money after deduction Rs. 1000/- of policy cancellation charges.
5. He again sold me online a new policy no. 23928793 dated 24/8/21 of Rs 90, 000/- of annual premium
6. Mr. Ravi the cheater also arranged a con call with PNB metlife officer in Noida to satisfy me before selling the new policy. Later on I understood that that was a cheating call and they made me fool.
7. i chased to Mr. Ravi immediately after 75 days for status of refund in the end of Oct'21 and he respond me for next 15-20 days with a status that your refund is in progress and from 1st Dec'21 onwards switched off both no's and then i come to know that he had cheated/misguided/forged with me.
8. I had tried to talk with both the agents and they neither responded on their provided cell no. in the policy nor give reply of many mails marked to them to help me.
9. Finally submitted a written complaint dated 11th Dec'21 to cancel both policies in your karkardooma Office in Shahdara, Delhi-110032 but they have not yet replied as ithink due to PNB metlife culture.
10. I am giving hereunder details of your Brokers who have never talked to me before the policy or after the policy because i had talked only on line with cheater Mr. Ravi Sharam( i am sure he must discussed with me fake name but as a company i you want, you can identify the identity of culprit through the mobile no.'s)
11. ASC Global Master against policy no. 23928793 dated 24/8/21, Broker code no. 57853668, cell no. [protected] with e-mail id no. [protected]@globemasterimf.in
12. Shikha Khullar against policy no. 23873506 dated 15/7/21, Broker code no. 60098933, cell no. [protected] with e-mail id no. [protected]@gmail.com

Till date I have called up so many times to PNB metlife and Cheater Brokers as per point no. 11 & 12 but no response received.

Now i want the action/compensation on the basis of above facts

1. What action has been taken till date by the Company against the both cheater brokers who never talked and me and PNB metlife mentioned their name as an agent of the company in my policies
2. Who will compensate me for the loss of interest which I am paying till date to my friends from whom I have taken a loan in the anticipation of a refund from the metlife
3. If PNB metlife is not able to deduct cheater brokers commission and not able to pay me that it is the responsibility of the PNB metlife to compensate me interest from Aug '21 to till the cancellation of policies.
4. What is the interest of the company to not cancel the invoice? Are PNB metlife employees are sharing some part of commission which is getting by the cheater brokers on false commitment and fraud with the innocent customer.
5. Finally how one man can issue the policy for separate brokers because only the cheater Mr. Ram Sharma had contacted me for policy cancellation, refund, issuance etc.

Now request you with deep heart to cancel my invoice and refund my money and confirm the action against cheater brokers to avoid escalation to take further action with PNB metlife and individually with both brokers.

Please reply with refund orders within a week to avoid further proceeding.

PNB Metlife Insurance management deaf and dumb. They are fradulantaly selling policy thorugh their cheater agents by mileading and misguiding the poor public.
I am victime of the selling of policy by cheating and no action by PNB Metlife for last 7 month despited of 100 mails, call and written complaints and physical visit to their office.
Worst of all companies in Inurance Sector. Please beware
