Dear Bimalokpal Sir
I am extremely not satisfied with the answer given by PNB Metlife Customer care (Attached PNB Metlife communication of rejection separately) they are interested in their business and protecting their cheater brokers and this issue is related with two policies which are mentioned below in trailing mail. PNB Metlife not responded by more 30 mails and physically complained submitted for cancellation...

Dear Sir/Madam,
Please note that below mentioned PNB Metlife Insurance Policy i had taken due to misguiding by your agent with many offers like reversal of brokerage, release of policy bonus, cancellation of old policy no. 22277866, release of payment within 30 days and later on you can cancel the new policy also like commitments and after granting policy nobody is picking my phone including you for the last 10 days. This policy is not required by me due to my age and income issue.

I am giving hereunder complete details, how this policy was issued to me.
I had received a call from Mr. Ravi Kumar on 5/7/21 regarding heavy brokerage charges on my old policy no. 22277866 and advised me to surrender this policy and take a fresh one to avoid high brokerage charges on your policy and misguided me to cancel the policies after issuance and after that not picking my calls.

I had also discussed with Mr. Deep Narayan Gupta on request of Mr. Ravi Shankar over concall to confirm maturity amt. of old policy of Rs. 3 lacs from PNB MetLife Company for surrendering old policy with value of appx. 3.90 lacs. Mr. Ravi and Deep also confirmed Rs 90, 000/- bonus release for taking another new policy which he assured to cancel later on.
You are requested to visit PNB Metlife and arrange cancel my Policy immediately to avoid legal action on you for cheating.

PNB MetLife and their agents are selling policy by cheating/misguiding/wrong commitment and by fraud

Please note that I have neither discussed nor meet the agent details given below and their name are reflecting on my policies which were sold to me by wrong commitment as payment of old policy within 90 days, waiver of all brokerages on old policies and will provide bonus due till date on old polices within 90 days moreover issued fresh policy on pretext to cancel the same at their own.
PNB is not taking any action against these cheaters and not cancelling my policies and encouraging frauds to customer resulting harassment to poor people.

Forwarding below the communication to cheater agent of PNB Metlife who has misguided me and sold me the policy on the commitment to refund old policy value alongwith brokerage charges within 90 days of policy issuance and letter on switch off the mobile and not responded my several calls and mails to him.
I have also made so many complaint to PNB Metlife and they know that fraud has been done but no action till date for cancellation as well as against agent.
First e-mail send to Shikha Khullar & many mails after that but no reply till date

I have already submitted a request on 11th Dec'21 to PNB MetLife karkardooma for cancellation of my policies as per details given below
