PNB — Refund for a product | |
My name is Kanchan Bisht and I had ordered Elite spin mop of RS. 1199 in amazon on 21 September 2020. I returned this order due to personal reasons and on 6 oct amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 30005102650265205999012, I called my bank for this and they told me that they do not have any information about it. So please kindly respond to this complaint .
