PNB — refund not being processed by pnb

Pnb has not yet credited and processed refund into my bank account which was being processed by myntra 14 days back. I have also shared the bankreference no. Which is[protected] then also they are unable to locate the amount and telling me everytime to check with myntra. Had myntra not credited the amount how would they have given me the reference no which is also generated in case of transaction. Request to kindly refund the money into my bnk account.
