[Resolved]  Poco — Regarding Service and Product

I have submitted mu smartphone in their service center for the repair on 28 August 2021, still not received any update from the company and customer care is saying you will get an update by 17 September 2021.

It is almost 12 days mu smartphone is submitted to their service center and still not received a single message or update from company.

Company is not providing any update, their seniors not picking up the call, their representative on the call don't have any update regarding the same...my smartphone is submitted...and I don't know what is going on, no one is providing any update it is almost 12 days and still not received any information or Response from anyone
