Replacement products not receive
I have brought new POCO X5 5g on 15/08/2023 but products is defective has battery issue. I give to the service center on 21/08/2023 . They confirmed mobile has hardware issue will get replacement product. I have waited for 2 weeks still not response. Then I call POCO Customer service and rise complain :WOIN[protected]. They mention it will resolve within 14/09/2023 . All mentioned days are over but they still not resolved my issue. Worst service in my life.

Front camera and speaker
As I updated the software my poco X3 ear speaker out speaker and front camera is not working properly please look into it and solve the problem as soon as possible or leave a ne software update.

Poco X3 mobile issues
I bought poco X3 about 2years ago, Within 6months I bought mobile it started giving me trouble with various issues in the mobile. Recently 6months ago my Mobile's camera suddenly stopped working. After a few days speaker stopped working. This mobile is gave me alot of trouble. If we call to customer care no one responds to it. I put a lot of emails regarding my issues but no response from them. I request you to bring a solution to these issues.

I have brought my poco x2 in 2020.
I haven't had updated the software because of the remarks.
Recently after formatting my phone which was working perfectly fine got a software update, after that my whole camera application is crashing, in other applications, the back camera ain't working at all thou the selfie one was working.
After 3-4 days, it started to have ghost touches scrolls, and now the touch screen isn't working at all.
After researching i found out all the poco x2 users faced same issues.
shouldn't poco fix it for free???, I have tried to connect to mi they stated it'd take 5k to fix it.Why???
I can't use my perfectly working phone thanks to soome updates that was given by poco only.?
I need a positive response in this regard.

I had purchased a Poco X3 on December, 2020 from Flipkart India. The device worked fine until an update in December, 2021. The device went into boot loop and would not work at all. I managed to somehow get it functional again. I had noticed that the front camera and the Ultra wide had stopped working and opening those features would cause the camera app to crash. I did not proceed to fix it as I didn't use those features and was out of warranty.br...

My uncle gifted me poco x3 on 22.6.21 and after just one year after my warranty ran out i updated my system as android 13 was available soon after this my front camera stopped working i got to service center they directly said its motherboard problem you have to replace it for 8k on my own cost but why i should pay its not my phone screen is damage its the mother board is been damage the product only come like this its have the issue from the begning and major poco x3 user facing this problem not only me and same happen with poco x3 pro the company extended warranty 1yr and it became 2yr now we are also facing same problem we also need motherboard replacement without any cost because it was the company manufacturing mistake not the consumer mistake and i am got 1 yr running for my phone problem . i need my motherboard swap without any cost

Suddenly without any reason my POCO x3's indian version front camera and both speaker is not working. Phone just hangs when i try to open front camera... but headphone is working properly, , , so i have to use headphones to hear sound.. Please Help me. I have have any enough money to buy a new smartphone. Please take a action about this. POCO & Xiaomi scammed with us. Please ban this third class smartphone brand in india. As soon as possible.

New Mobile bought POCO C31

I ordered a mobile (POCO C31 Royal Blue 32GB) from Flipkart (Online)on 30th Mar 2023.
It got delivered on 31st Mar. Within 10days of time it is getting heated immediately(within 5 seconds). And it is heated so much that I am not able to touch the mobile. i requested to replace the mobile with a new piece ASAP as i am worried it may blast. I sent email to the email address( support.[protected]@po.co) which is specified in their site . but every time it triggers non delivery message to my email. I do not understand if they have given wrong email address.
I am not able connect with them to raise a complain and replace my new mobile.
They are making fool to consumers.
Need your help here

Complaint marked as Resolved 1. I bought a new POCO C31 mobile from Flipkart site on 30th Mar 2023 and got delivered on 31st Mar.
2. After passing 10days that mobile is getting heated so much that it is not even touchable.
3. I tried to contact Flipkart and got the message that we can not return as the duration for return policy is over
4. Then i tried to contact POCO customer service through email (the email id mentioned in their site [email protected])
5. From that 10days i get an error message from Gmail that Delivery incomplete (There was a temporary problem delivering your message to [email protected]. Gmail will retry for 19 more hours. You'll be notified if the delivery fails permanently)
6. Now my concern is " to whom i am going to contact if the brand new phone is faulty". Flipkart's team saying we can not help. POCO customer service is not reachable.
7. So i want to raise a complaint against POCO, so that they exchange the mobile with a new piece.

Hi,
I purchased Poco X3 pro in month in August 2020 and in March 2022, my mobile screen suddenly got black while I was clicking pics from my Poco X3 Pro, I tried restarting my mobile but it doesn't work even when I put my Poco X3 pro on charge, it was not showing any signal for charging.
After 1-2 day, I went to Xiomi service center where they checked my mobile and said me that motherboard has been dead, and your phone...

I brought my phone poco x3 pro model through flipkart on july 20, 2021. My phone stopped working on march 9th 2023 night, next day i visited service center they mentioned "YOUR PHONE'S MOTHER BOARD IS DEAD DUE TO INSTALLATION O[censored]PDATE PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY ITSELF " so they are charging me RS 10, 000 for repairing my mobile as it is out of warranty. Earlier company has extended 6 months warranty on june 22, 2022. Here the company is responsible...

Updating software cause Phone dead
It almost an year now, I frustrated to name of poco brand, totally fraud company, my poco x2 phone was dead exactly after warranty expire, all the issues came from 12.5.6 update first time camera not working and then not charging . Service center ask for 10k replacement of motherboard for his fault. I am very disappointed to these cheap work from this brand

Motherboard dead again
My phone was dead 1 time then i submitted to service centre, and to solve it but they didn't solve it properly, it still keep shutting down on its own and i even go back there to repair this problem but they keep my phone with them and never solve it, and now few days later it is dead again, not giving me refund, not doing good service for their customers, not providing me new phone, fully disappointed 😞

Xiaomi - Poco x3 camera and speaker not working after update and dead
My device poco X3 was working fine before poco released a new update of MIUI 13.After updating my device it started to have problems with the camera app and some days later speaker also stopped working. After taking it to the service Centre, they told me that many customers are facing this issue and the motherboard needs to be replaced for the same. They are charging me around Rs9600 as the repairing cost but there was no damage caused by me to the phone whatsoever. Upon reaching the customer care they are saying as the device is out of warranty they can't help me and telling me to deal with the service Centre. Clearly the problem happened because of the update rollover by POCO (it being promised to provide 2 major and atleast 2 years of stable security updates) and as the problem aroused after the update I demand free repair. My phone poco x3 pro got dead within warranty period and the service center of my city are not repairing it.i have given my mobile for more than 20 days to them. they are saying the chance of being repaired of your mobile is very less. they are saying that the repairing charges of it will be more than 10000INR of 19000inr mobile. the mobile is registered as Amishweet kumar

Sir on 22/06/2021 my uncle gifted me Poco x3 and after 1yr on 12/07/2022 its stopped working the front camera went off working it's keep crashing and after some days i am not able to get a call because my phone only displaying missed call if i receive call the i can't hear the voice of the called person. In 1.1 year is it fine that it should be happened many poco x3 are having same problem. Sir and on the service center visit they told that the mother board is not working and it will cost me 12k to be repaired.sir is it fine taht to keep spending on a phone after a 1 month warranty out .

I have purchased poco x3 pro mobile phone, but the motherboard was dead when it was in warranty, its been a month when i have my mobile to poco care, but till now they didnot repair my phone as they have been telling me that "the motherboard is not available so we cant repair it, please wait for 2 to 3 months we will repair when motherboard will be available".after that i have complained to their customer care about this thing but they didnot fix my issue, so now i am clear that they are frauding to all their customers, so i think, consumer complaint can take necessary action against them.

We want to tell you that we are very special customers of yours and we have been buying different types of products from Flipkart for a long time.
But we have had very bad experience since last few months, despite that we expect from Flipkart that our problem will be resolved soon,
We ordered a phone on 30th september 2022 whose model is Poco M4 5G, order Id is - OD[protected],
And after that we got this phone delivered on 3rd October without open delivery Still there was no issue as the packaging box of the phone was perfect and there was no damage,
And the most important thing is that the phone we have got has 4 GB RAM and 64 GB internal memory, while we have given 8 GB 128 GB money.
And yes, the IMEI number on the invoice is exactly the same on the phone's box and inside the phone as well.So it means the seller has made this mistake and sold us phone B with less memory Despite this, how can he repeatedly reject my return or replacement request?
I'm tired of doing this all the time May I enter the return request and the seller rejects, all this is going on for 1 month, and due to repeated return requests, my flipkart eid was also blocked, which we got it started again by requesting,
The EMI of my phone has also started and rather one has also been paid but till now you have not been able to solve my issue.I have attached all the documents and videos related to this problem in this mail, flipkart team look at it well and take strict action against that seller.

My name is akhil, i am using poco x2 mobile since last two years, but after last update phone camera not working.When iam checking in whatsap camera, the front camera working.
When i am checking in youtube all users facing this issuie after last andriod update...When i am checking poco service centre they are agreed the same is a bug due to the update but they are not ready service my mobile, they told me they can change the complete board of mobile for 9000 rs .
But same is not affordable for me ..This is complete mistake from android updation
