Poddar Developers / Poddar Housing — Refund not given by poddar developers

I booked flat with Poddar housing and development limited in Poddar wondercity project on 19th July 2019 in Tower PH-II-B4, Flat no. 607.
I paid 221518 rupees to them after one year time also they have not done registration. So on 27th Jun 2020 i informed them regarding flat cancellation. After there sales person informed that I we get refund within month but after one year also they have not given refund also they are not responding to calls now.
