I bought 1 BHK flat of Poddar Rivera Phase 1, on Sept. 2020 and they promised me possession on Dec. 2023 but todays date is 29th Aug. 2025 and still don't get possession. Further whenever I went their location they have endless reason for delay and gave me new promise which never done yet. However I stayed in rental flat of Rs. 9000 per month. I paying EMI of 11500 every month for Poddar flat. Atleast they can provide Rs. 6000 contribution...

The Poddar Rivera project in Kalyan, and I must express my disappointment with the ongoing delays and lack of transparency regarding the building work and possession dates.

The project was initially promised to be completed and possession granted by 2025, but it's evident that there has been little to no progress in the past 3-4 years. As of now, only the construction of four floors has been completed, and the work appears...

I had bought a flat in Poddar Developers Ltd WONDER CITY”, project in Badlapur East, Mumbai in May 2022. The time when I booked, work was going on. Now its almost 19 months passed and still there is no progress of work from Poddar. I don’t understand the reasons for delay.

I had called to their sales representative but he was avoiding my calls, email and massages also .Request your help in escalating the matter so that these things are taken more seriously by the developers in future and they also compensate customers for the suffered by them. I am paying Pre- EMI for last 1 and half years which is again adding up to the cost of Flat .

I am expecting the developer to compensate me for the same also hope they will give possession on committed time that is 30/12/2024.

This is my above mentioned Account number and I have booked flat in Podar Housing and Development Ltd and Flat Unit Number is B6-605 in the name of Mr Shamshad Sayyed Khan, and I have given Rs 1, 11, 000, 95 percent of booking Amt for flat to Poddar Housing and development Ltd and We lost our job due to covid, so now we can not take the flat, so the amount we had paid, we want the amount back, Now We want a Refund Amount Rs 1, 11, 000 Asap..Hope for Positive Response...

I am residing in poddar samrudhi evergreen badlapur east thane dist and the residents in my building 117 are creating nonsense every now and then by asking childrens to ouncture the tyres of car and scooty and to pass nonsense comments and ask kids to beat drum beats in afternoon and in evening time

Recently we decided to buy a property. So we went to a property selling group whose name was poddar group. So i booked a 2bhk flat in 28 nov 2021 and paid rs 5000 in cash to builder as booking amount. And on the same day i asked for the property papers from the promoter/vendor to get it checked by our own lawyer. After getting the paper checked, we proceeded to the second step, that was the agreement. Before signing...

DO NOT book flat in poddar...they are big cheater and liar...they don't give proper documentation...They never give possession nor they refund your amount...they just stole your money

I am Dhirajkumar Rameshchand Jaiswal unfortunately I have booked an house with Poddar at new Kalyan Rivera Project Project RERA ID# P[protected]. My Flat Number is A4-1503 15th Floor.

I have given all the payments timely and the SDR payment also 1 lakh was remaining. I told the RM that I am willing to pay 1 lakh Rupees but RM gave me an option to go for liqui loan at 0% interest. and She made liqi loan person to contact me after confirming from me.

Suddenly after 12 days she says that you have to pay 1 lakh with out liqi loan else you have take a loan @ 12 % interest. She also warned me that if I do not pay 1 lakh my house price will increase. I paid 1 lakh rupees with out loan and given to them. Their senior also told me that I am defaulter. After that RM again called as asked to pay 12 thousand plus rupees and again threatened me that if you don't pay your house price will increase.

Because of the false communication all these problem had happen. I am not the defaulter these RM and team is defaulter take a strict action against them. I twitted the same @poddarhousing. Please look in to it ASAP.

I have book flat at NAVI kalyan A3-1106

Registration team called me to update that they have fixed my Registration on 31st august as it is month end for me. As I am working. I was told them to take another date MS Khushboo was on demanding tone . And was forcing me to come on 31st only she was not at all on polite node .

I think she should get update that when we are at servicing end we need to be policy rather than arrogant
It is very important that.
We should try be on listen mood or rather resolving mode.

But M/s poddar not yet credited to us despite numerous email and personal followup.
Now more than 1.5 Years passed on possession date also now passed,
We need amount along with interest.

This is with reference to above mentioned subject i here by request plz refund Rs. 11000/- which is given at Poddar Uddan-Kalyan though Credit Card on Dated 13.04.2021 for Unit Blocking Amount as Request by Mr. Lalit Sir with assurance of that if I will Not Book Flat or Cancle the deal than the amount will Refunded. (100% Refund Written Confirmation given if Flat Booking Cancelled)

As you know sir that due to Pendamic Maharashtra Government announced Complete Lockdown for 15 Days from 14.04.2021 and Further Extended for Next 15 Days. And nobody nows how long this situation will be Continued.

I am Salaried Person and due to lockdown will get only half Salary for few months (as per our office policy). And in this condition i don't want take any Risk or chance.

Hence hereby want to cancle our deal and request you to please refund said amount at earliest.

I have already submitted my written application for deal cancellation along with my Bank Details (Cancle Cheque Copy) for refund on dated 16.04.2021.

Kindly urgently look in this matter and Refund said amount at earliest and also update me the Current Status of said Refund.

Please check the below last mail constant below and it seems that i have got cheated by Poddar Housing where Mr.Mayuresh Mendki has miss-leaded and fraud to us.

Only 2 request, either allocate and registered the same flat on my name OR refund the all paid amount towards booking and Home loan processing fees.

I booked flat with Poddar housing and development limited in Poddar wondercity project on 19th July 2019 in Tower PH-II-B4, Flat no. 607.
I paid 221518 rupees to them after one year time also they have not done registration. So on 27th Jun 2020 i informed them regarding flat cancellation. After there sales person informed that I we get refund within month but after one year also they have not given refund also they are not responding...

Refund of EOI amount for poddar Rivera Kalyan ( big Leap)

I had paid EOI of 30000 on 20th Feb 2020.
I had paid Booking amount for 2 flats A-1904 and A-1905 in Mar-2020
details as follows:
GST for both: 1846 and 1468
Booking amounts for both: 105000 and 81806
I had requested for cancellation both verbally and through email, soon after, as I did not find it feasible to go ahead with this purchase.
No one responded to my request.
I am feeling totally cheated by Poddar Developers.
Please help me get my money back.

Below are the details of the refund of EOI amount of 30000/- which has not been refunded since April 2020. Already several mails are also been sent. But no responses from the Builders side. Please look into this issue.

I am punarnava shastry.
I had paid eoi as well as booking amount for two flats in poddar riviera big leap project, kalyan.
I had requested for cancellation and refund almost immediately.
It has been more than 2 months now, but my money is still not refunded to me.
Please help resolve this at the earliest.
