I am having booking in Poddar Rivera at Kalyan and flat No.A4-1004 10th floor

Please check the below last mail constant below and it seems that i have got cheated by Poddar Housing where Mr.Mayuresh Mendki has miss-leaded and fraud to us.

Only 2 request, either allocate and registered the same flat on my name OR refund the all paid amount towards booking and Home loan processing fees.

This all nonsense your are talking.

I told you very clearly earlier we were in touch with Ashanka then you came into picture.

Once we started communication between you, me, miss Ashanka and my wife. Yes agreed i requested for more time. But still as per your recommendation we tried our best for making payment and on your request i communicated with Shubham Tiwari (HDFC Bank) for Home loan. And we started the processing and Loan also got approved. And today i have also arranged the Stamp Duty & registration amount.

Yesterday you called me as requesting to move to Fat 1107. Still i clearly said that everything is in place now and do not want to move any other flat. And you said OK.

Between this all communication you have not inform me that flat A4-1004 is already sold. How this can be happen without my permission.

Every time there was a mail from your end, we have discussed with you over the phone. But it was you who always urged us to leave the flat for which we never agreed. Also you never told that you are proceeding with the cancellation or reselling the flat to some other party.

But now it seems we are being cheated.

Either you return all my paid amount including booking amount, bank loan processing charge as the communication gap is at your end for not confirming us on the sale of the flat to other party OR re-confirm the allocation of flat A-1004 as per booking. We are ready for the registration and pay all dues as of today for A-1004 booking.
