I have completed with filling up pcc application and payment also. Now, i am unable to download the reciept and application that i have to submit to police station. The website get logged out again and again as soon i click on print option. I have completed with the filling up procedures. I have also contacted with the mahaonline customer grievance who asked me to make a complaint. My application id is plgh[protected]. Kindly help me in this regard

Just go to the site setting into your browser and set the popup and redirect option to "ALLOW"

My application is approved By police station and CPC office, it's been more than 1 month and i'm also suffering from same issue, unable to download the print of certificate. can you please share the MahaOnline grievance contact detail?

meraj khan your solution worked like charm. 1st go to page where you can download/ print certificate page then go to site setting and then click on allow popups shown in the screenshot then go to site again and type your application id and click on download then your certificate will be downloaded

it really worked. go to settings - site settings - allow pop ups

Go to your browser settings : mine was chrome:

Step 1: Search for pop up in Browser settings

Step 2 : Add "https://pcs.mahaonline.gov.in/" in "Allow" Section.

Step 3 : Login to https://pcs.mahaonline.gov.in/ & try again download Certificate.

Please refer below screenshot, it must work.

I have registered on this site for police clearance certificate. Registration is done but OTP is not coming.
So I can't verify my mobile number. The site has more issues and It is not working properly.

My application got approved from local police but still, i'm unable to print my pcc because it's showing that the certificate not generated. What can I do now? I face this issue everytime while downloading receipt and application
