My application has been approved from local police station and CP office. But certificate print not generated. Its been 10 days after approved my application....

I filled up form for pcc where SP office Nasik rural rejected it saying my address doesn't come under their jurisdiction and they will not forward to Nasik Urban hence money paid is gone but now when I want to change the SP office to Nasik Urban their is no provision in pcs site to change it, police station says no manual certificate is given and online I cannot change SP office to Nasik Urban so how will I get the certificate....
