Policy Bazaar — Abusive behaviour while cancelling policy | |||
Hi, I bought a term insurance policy - number - ref. Id[protected]. After 3 days, due to personal reason, i had to cancel the policy. As policy bazaar has a refund process too, so i raised the refund request. Now, the representative who helped me to buy the policy called me up. He spoke to me rudely stating that the payable is just 1300 per month and i cannot even afford it. This is not the right way. He kept on saying lot of things. I have the entire call recording with me. When i tried to raise complaint in policy bazaar website, i realized that their option of raising the complaint does not work properly. This is a case of harassing customers. If the policy issuer has the policy of refund, then why am i liable to hear such disrespectful words from a representative?? Was this information helpful? | |||

Policy bazaar has a terrible service. Their representatives will call 100 times a day. but what needs to be done at their end, takes ages to complete. I raised a refund request, on 11 July2020, and till now waiting for refund. Even the status of the policy is not changed in their dashboard. I wrote so many emails, but they sleep when they need to work. They only call and irritate.
