Policy Bazaar — Amount deducted from account but not reflected on policybazaar

Sales person sends me link for buying policy on 14/04/2021. i have paid using credit card. amount is deducted from my side but portal says transaction is failed. i haven't received my refund yet. and sale agent says money has not come. i have waited 8 days but yet refund is not received.
