Policy Bazaar — cancel and refund of duplicate insurance policy

Hi team,

This is regarding cancellation & refund of my bike insurance policy ([protected]).

On 11th january, i have tried to renew my bike insurance for tn 24 ad 9210. Also i have done the two transactions due to transaction timeout (Booking id for 1st and 2nd transaction is : 99936600 and[protected]. Finally insurance got renewed two times and two policy was generated. Below are the details of the policy generator.

Policy number for the booking id 99936600 and 99944498 is[protected]and[protected].

So i contacted policy bazzar customer care and told them to cancel one of the insurance and refund the amount. They assured me that it will be refunded within 15 days on jan 18, 2019 but still i did not get the refund amount till now. I request you to interven in this and help me to hey back my refund amount athu the earliest.

Thanks for the reply. As per your request, this time I will wait till 26th Feb. After that i can't wait andi need my refund amount. Sincei had llreafy watited for a very kong time. Hope this time i will receive a permanent solution for this issue. Thanks in advance!!!
