[Resolved] Policy Bazaar — cancellation of proposal : booking id[protected] | policy[protected] | |||||
I wanted to buy a term plan for 1 cr and by mistake i ended up buying term plan for 2cr. I spoke to my policy expert about it and he suggested to raise a plan for 1 cr sothat he can place cancellation request for 2cr policy. According to him this request will take 10 days to complete and i ll get my refund. I regularly followed up with policy bazaar team multiple times and they confirmed that it ll get cancelled. As per latest status my both tge policies (2cr & 1cr) are issued and policybazaar agent advised me yo visit nearest branch to initiate cancellation request. Please assist asap.
