Policy Bazaar — cancelled policy refund not yet processed | |||
I had taken Max Bupa Health Insurance policyr (health insurance proposal no. [protected]) through Policy Bazaar. Which I cancelled due to a sloppy response from Max Bupa and Policy Bazaar. I cancelled my policy (Ref:[protected] Cancellation Request)on 4th April 2019. Policy Bazaar Customer care told me that money will be refunded in 5 working days. Till Today I have not received a single rupee. Today I received a call for bank details again which I have already shared with [protected]@policybazaar.com on 6th April 2019. And today the customer care executive informed me that it will take another 15 working days. Why do they want to take almost 30 days (Past 14 days plus another 15 days) for refund? This is very wrong. First of all not giving the refund in timely manner and secondly giving a false information to customer. And then blaming it on server issue or system problem.
