Policy Bazaar — car insurance amount deducted but did not get insurance copy and refund

On 23 march 2020, i have tried to take car insurance.

I have entered wrong car number mistakenly, more than that even if they create insurance they should have send insurance copy. That also not happened.

Amount also not refunded, i have complained many times but still no single response.

Car number given is tn45d 8795, registered mobile number[protected]

Insurance amount paid is - 6046 rs.
